The products offered on the Website are handmade and custom-made to order. Each product is unique and made to the customer’s specifications.

To place an order, you must select the product you wish to purchase and provide the required information, including your name, email address, shipping address, and payment information.

5. Prices

The prices of the products are displayed on the Website. All prices are in Indonesian rupiah (IDR) and include VAT.

6. Payment

Payment for products can be made by credit card, debit card, or bank transfer.

7. Delivery

8. Returns and Refunds

Due to the nature of the products being handmade and custom-made to order, the right of withdrawal does not apply after the order has been placed. The paid deposit will not be refunded.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Indonesia.

10. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved by the competent court in Indonesia.
